Return Policy



  1. 1. Online purchase returns & refunds policy is applicable to Home Delivery orders only.
  2. 2. Product(s) which are not opened and in new & original condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. *Do allow 7 to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be reached and processed by our warehouse/showroom.
  3. 3. Order number and date will be required for return & refund.
  4. 4. Product(s) can be returned to our warehouse/showroom below via parcel return.

  6. 5. Product(s) purchased from other than Fame Singapore official website (https://www.famepharma.com.sg) are NOT eligible for return & refund.
  7. 6. Refund will be issued via your original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
  8. 7. $4 delivery fee paid for the online purchase will NOT be refunded.
  9. 8. After our warehouse has received and processed your returned purchase(s), the refund will be processed and completed around 7 to 14 working days depending on the processes at your card company.
  10. 9. FAME PHARMA PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
