COMPOSITION:

Each bottle contains
Licorice (DGL) extract …… 10 %
Natural honey …….             90 %

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTONS:
  • Licorice honey can enhance mucous secretion from the gastric mucosa, reduce inflammation and enhance ulcer healing.
  • It inhibits the growth of H. pylori which causes peptic ulcer.
  • It can also liquify mucous secretion from the bronchial tree and thus enhance cough more easily.


Notes: This preparation with deglycyrrhizinated licorice can be used safely in hypertension.

INDICATIONS:
  • Peptic ulcer
  • Gastritis
  • Hyperacidity
  • Flatulence

DOSAGE:
2 years and above – two teaspoonfuls two to four times daily half an hour before meal
For peptic ulcer, it is recommended to take minimal of 2 months duration.

SIDE EFFECTS:
No salt and water retention can occur.

STORAGE:
Store at 15 – 25°C.
Protect from direct sunlight.
Do not keep in refrigerator.
